Shape your narrative before someone else does.
Aliza Licht, Represented by CAA Speakers
I speak to leadership teams, companies, and at conferences about reputation — how it's built, how it's lost, and how to shape it before someone else does.
Why me.
I built and ran a personal brand before "personal branding" was a category — as the anonymous voice behind DKNY PR GIRL, before revealing myself as its creator, live, on camera. The reveal made front-page news in The New York Times Style section and generated 230 million media impressions worldwide.
Forbes named me one of the 19 Top Global Personal Branding Experts. The New York Times called me one of America's Next Top Mentors. My book On Brand won Best Business Book in Marketing & Advertising from the American Book Fest. I’m often an on-air expert on outlets including Good Morning America, NewsNation, and Bloomberg.
I've spoken to audiences at American Express, LVMH, Richemont, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Liberty Mutual, Greystar, LinkedIn, Scotiabank, Goldman Sachs, SXSW, Salesforce, and many more.
What I talk about.
A company's reputation is built by everyone in it — not just the people with a title. Most employees have never been taught how they're perceived, how to build trust in a room, or how to make their work visible in a way that lifts the company, not just themselves.
I speak to leadership teams, sales organizations, and entire companies about internal reputation and executive presence — how to be seen as a leader wherever you sit, so companies grow their own talent instead of losing it.
Questions people ask
What formats do you do? Keynotes, fireside chats, panels, and working sessions with executive teams. In person or virtual.
Who is the audience? Leadership teams, sales, marketing, communications, and HR organizations, founders, and conferences across fashion, retail, tech, finance, insurance, real estate, and media.
How far in advance should we book? Two to three months out gets you the best date options for a keynote; panels and fireside chats can move faster. If your event is close, ask anyway — I’ll tell you if it’s possible.
What companies have you spoken for? American Express, LVMH, Richemont, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Liberty Mutual, Greystar, LinkedIn, Scotiabank, Goldman Sachs, SXSW, Salesforce, and many more.
